What! As a bank teller the bank only holds so much at each location. We ship money back and fourth to the federal reserve because banks have a daily limit of cash we can keep on hand. There is a daily withdrawal limit at each bank. Where’s as the location he went to only had an extra 30,000 to give him, he then could have went to a different location to complete a withdrawal as well. This has nothing to do with private banking
