Well, the truth is always hard to take in. When I first heard Mukanya talk about Macheso, I was pissed off but later after I calmed down I came to fully understand what he meant. Same here again, he is not saying Winky or any of the Zimdancehall guys havagone guys, listen carefully. All he is saying is that lets start our own genres that can go global, or better-still, if we want to join other genres from other countries lets try and make the majority of the songs in languages that can be heard including in countries that the genres came from as well as other countries. About Macheso, Sungura is partly our own so he cant possibly compose his songs in English without losing kahuSungura kacho, thats why Mukanya said he simply needs a better manager, marketers and promoters.
